The lid rises upwards, providing sufficient space for the bread to ferment and expand, preventing the dough from pressing against the lid and collapsing the bread. The interior forms a sealed baking chamber, specifically designed for shaping toast and European-style long bread strips, capable of baking standard square toast.

●Double-layer hollowed-out double-ear handle

The pot body is designed with symmetrical double-layer lifting ears on both sides, which increases the force-bearing area, provides heat insulation and heat prevention, and makes it less likely to slip when taken out of the oven at high temperatures or moved. Both ears are symmetrical and balanced. When filled with dough, the center of gravity remains stable, and the handles do not take up additional storage space.
