This surge stems from two factors: rising sales of vegetable oil cookware and enamel pots, as well as the local farming rush in Xinji.As one of Xinji’s top ten specialty products, Ya pears are widely cultivated across the region. Fruit bagging for the pears takes place every May, while wheat begins to ripen in June. Many of our factory workers return to their roles as farmers during this period to secure their family harvests.

As a responsible local Xinji enterprise with genuine care for its staff, Hebei Chuihua Casting offers two flexible arrangements for employees needing to attend to farm work: shift adjustments and short-term leave. Meanwhile, administrative staff with no farming commitments step into the cookware packaging workshop to help meet delivery deadlines.The cookware packaging workshop is consistently the busiest area in the factory. It serves as the final quality inspection checkpoint and fulfills all custom protective and display packaging requirements specified by clients, with extra stringent standards for cast iron cookware packaging.

Hebei Chuihua Casting operates two full packaging production lines predominantly staffed by female workers. Their streamlined workflow covers full pan integrity checks, accessory assembly, moisture-proof bag sealing, cushion pad placement, color box packing, carton sealing and labelling — all completed smoothly in sequence. These hands-on packaging procedures cannot be fully replaced by modern AI or automated machinery, explaining why the workshop maintains a heavy workload year-round.The packaging workshop links the packaging material warehouse on one end and the finished goods warehouse on the other. An in-house quality inspection station is built within the finished goods warehouse. Fully packed orders undergo final pre-shipment quality checks here; once passed, they can be directly dispatched and loaded into shipping containers.
