Our Company Adds a Mesh Belt Through-Type Shot Blasting Cleaning Machine
In May 2026, Hebei Chuihua Foundry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hebei Chuihua) purchased a mesh belt through-type shot blasting cleaning machine,
adding key equipment to expand production capacity, boost production efficiency and improve product quality.

The mesh belt shot blasting machine is mainly used for surface shot blasting of thin-wall castings, thin and fragile iron or aluminum alloy castings, small ceramic parts and other components. It can also perform shot peening strengthening on mechanical parts. Featuring continuous operation, high cleaning efficiency, minimal workpiece deformation and pit-free installation design, this machine can work independently or be integrated into assembly production lines. Castings processed by this machine feature a uniform matte finish that greatly enhances the visual quality of finished products. After removing mottled flaws, color differences and rust spots on raw blanks, all pans in one batch deliver consistent color and delicate matte texture, ensuring uniform appearance for shipments. In addition, by adjusting steel shot specifications, we can control the surface roughness to achieve the fine frosted texture required by customers, eliminating the need for extra manual fine grinding.
Beyond optimizing exterior appearance, the shot blasting machine also improves the intrinsic performance of our products. First of all, as widely known, cast iron retains residual casting stress after cooling, which makes pans prone to deformation during subsequent processing and daily use. High-speed steel shot impact from the shot blaster generates compressive stress on the workpiece surface to counteract internal tensile stress. This prevents pan bodies from warping or distorting during subsequent high-temperature nitriding, enameling and black coating processes. It also reduces the risks of base cracking and coating peeling during long-term high-heat cooking, raising the finished product yield rate.
Secondly, surface cold work strengthening improves the durability and rust resistance of cast iron cookware, which is reflected in three aspects:
(1)Cold extrusion hardens the surface metal, increasing surface hardness for superior wear and impact resistance, so pans will not easily scratch or peel during transportation and storage.
(2)The compact micro surface structure seals tiny pinholes and air pores on castings to slow down rust formation during daily use.
(3)Shot blasting creates uniform fine concave-convex anchor patterns. These micro pits can retain oil, enabling a stable seasoning oil film to form more easily after the first use, delivering better non-stick performance.
As a foundry with 40 years of manufacturing experience, Hebei Chuihua always regards innovation and quality as the cornerstones of its survival and development. To continuously optimize production procedures and upgrade product quality, the company invests heavily in equipment renewal and technological innovation every year. We ultimately win market recognition for both our enterprise and partners through reliable, high-quality cookware.
