Team Building Trip

On May 17, on such a sunny day, the team building activity organized by the company officially kicked off. Our destination is Pingshan Xiuxiushui, a national 4A-level scenic spot. With a yearning for nature and the expectation of releasing pressure, we embarked on this journey full of joy and challenges.

When we arrived at Xiuxiushui Scenic Area, the scenery in front of us instantly conquered us. The mountains are continuous, as if green waves are rising and falling, and the streams in the mountains are gurgling and clear, reflecting the blue sky and white clouds and the flowers, plants and trees on the shore, like a lively landscape painting.

We first experienced the fun of sitting on a bamboo raft. The bamboo rafts were quietly parked on the shore, waiting for us to drive. We boarded the bamboo rafts in groups of several people carefully. Sitting on the bamboo raft, the breeze brushed our faces, bringing a hint of coolness, and the surrounding landscapes slowly moved backwards like a movie screen. Sometimes we talked quietly, sharing interesting things in life; sometimes we picked up our phones to record this beautiful moment; sometimes we closed our eyes and quietly felt the tranquility and beauty of nature.

After getting off the bamboo raft, we headed towards the high-altitude glass plank road. From a distance, the glass plank road looked like a silver ribbon hanging between the steep cliffs. Standing at the entrance of the plank road, I was excited and nervous. The transparent glass under my feet made me feel like I was suspended in the air, and I could see the scenery of the valley. As I moved forward step by step, the nervous mood was gradually replaced by excitement and shock. Looking down, the steep cliffs pierced the sky, and the dense forests were lush in the valley; looking up, there were a few white clouds floating in the blue sky, as if they were within reach. Everyone encouraged and supported each other. Although some colleagues were afraid, they bravely completed the whole journey with the company of their companions. Standing on the plank road, we overlooked the entire Xiuxiushui scenic area. The magnificent scenery made people marvel at the wonders of nature.

In this team-building activity, we not only indulged in the natural beauty of Pingshan Xiuxiushui, but also released the pressure of work and enhanced the relationship between colleagues in the process of sitting on bamboo rafts and walking on high-altitude glass plank roads. Everyone helped and encouraged each other and overcame difficulties together. The cohesion of the team was sublimated in these experiences. This unforgettable Xiuxiushui trip will become a precious memory in our memory, inspiring us to meet new challenges in future work with more enthusiasm and a spirit of unity and cooperation.
