HEBEI CHUIHUA CASTING CO.,LTD was established in 1986, is a development and production of cast iron cookware and various castings of industry and trade enterprises. Products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, Sweden and Germany. Our leading products, such as cast iron skillets, steamers, wok grills and outdoor Dutch POTS, have been registered as the "Cookflower" brand, with 8 series and more than 100 items. We are a cast iron cookware factory. We can also produce products according to the sample or request given by the customer.
In addition, our factory has passed ISO9001 and BSCI certification. The cast iron cookware factory covers an area of 64,000 square meters and has about 100 workers. The factory has Disa casting production line, coating production line, grinding and polishing production line, 2 semi-automatic production lines and 2 enamel production lines. This enables us to offer our customers cast iron products with a wide range of coatings. With advanced processing technology and equipment, closely monitored quality control system and self-maintained inspection means, we have won widespread praise, as well as good reputation and service. The company is located in Nanzhiqiu Town, Xinji City, Hebei Province, only 80 kilometers away from the provincial capital Shijiazhuang, nearly 300 kilometers away from the capital Beijing, the traffic is very convenient. First spray a layer of rust-proof vegetable oil, then bake in an oven about 20 meters long at 662-752oF (350-400oC) for 45 minutes; daily output 3000-5000 pieces.

Normally, 1 layer of base glaze + 2 layers of color glaze are sprayed first; then baked in an oven about 30 meters long at 1346 -1436oF (730-780oC) for 1 hour; daily output is 2000-3000 pcs.

Quality Control
1. Strictly implement the supervision procedures, the first inspection contents include appearance, size, color, etc., and mass production will be carried out after the first inspection passes
2. Strictly implement the supervision standards, and put the products that are controversial and cannot be judged quickly into the storage for inspection
3. Urge the factory to fully achieve the quality objectives agreed in the contract, and the sampling frequency is not lower than the standard requirements
4. Collection, sorting and archiving of supervision materials and related documents to meet the requirements
5. The quality inspector shall conduct a reinspection according to the requirements, and the cast iron cookware factory can be delivered after the reinspection
6. When the product leaves the factory, the factory inspector takes photos of the shipped products to make records, such as the quantity and packaging
