Product Use and Cleaning
Enameled cast iron casserole
First use:
1. Remove packaging and labels before first use
2. Use a sponge to clean POTS and pans, rinse thoroughly and let dry
3. Avoid sudden heat and cold when using
Cleaning method:
1. Please use a soft nylon cleaning cloth to clean the pot
2. Add warm water to soak immediately after use
3. In case of stubborn stains, use medium and small heat to heat up, do not need to boil, and then lightly shovel with a wooden shovel
4. Wait until the water temperature drops and wipe dry with a soft rag
Vegetable oil
First use:
There is no chemical coating on the surface of the pot. It is only sprayed with vegetable oil for simple rust prevention when it leaves the factory. Therefore, maintenance should be performed before use (1. Clean the pot with warm water and dry it with low heat. 2. After the kitchenware is dried, keep rubbing the pot with fat meat, making sure to rub every place. After the pork is charred and hard, take it out and use low heat throughout the process. 3. Pour out the oil in the pot, quickly rinse the pot with hot water and wipe the pot with kitchen paper, and then repeat step 2 two to three times. 4. After cleaning the pot, dry it with low heat, drip 2-3 drops of vegetable oil, and apply the whole pot with kitchen paper)
Cleaning and maintenance:
Please clean the pot after the pot cools down. If there is food stuck to the bottom of the cast iron pot and it is difficult to clean, you can soak the pot in water for a long time until the sticky or burnt things are soft and smooth, and then it can be easily removed. Or boil the pot and the sticky things with water for a few minutes, then let it stand for a while and soften the residue with hot water to make it easier to remove. Try not to use detergent when cleaning to avoid damaging the oil film. It is recommended to use hot water and a soft brush to clean it very cleanly.
